   1. Open the target job adverts or role descriptions and copy the recurring responsibilities, skills, tools and evidence employers ask for.
   2. Gather your current CV, appraisals, project notes, training records, links to public work and any figures or outcomes you are allowed to disclose.
   3. Remove confidential client, employer and personal information, then paste the remaining material into the prompt with your target role and portfolio constraints.
   4. Ask the chatbot to produce the portfolio strategy, section order, case-study drafts and evidence-gap projects in the specified format.
   5. Create or collect the proposed work samples that fill the most important evidence gaps, keeping them clearly separate from past employment work.
