   1. 1. Open your organisation's approved supplier procedure and the authorised ISO 9001 checklist or clause text used for supplier assessment.
   2. 2. Gather the supplier's current certificate and scope, quality manual or procedures, recent audit reports, corrective actions, inspection records, traceability records and relevant performance data.
