   1. Open your pet's current care records, vet instructions, food packaging and booking or boarding details, then gather the exact routine and contact information.
   2. Confirm the carer's availability for every day and night you will be away, and agree who has backup responsibility if the carer cannot attend.
   3. Paste the prompt into a chatbot and replace each bracketed slot with your pet's confirmed information, leaving a slot blank if you do not know it.
   4. Check the generated schedule against the food packaging, written vet instructions, your travel timings and the carer's actual availability, correcting any mismatch in the source information rather than asking the model to guess.
