   How to actually do it

   1. Open the job advert and copy the full job description, person specification and any stated interview format into a document.
   2. Open your current CV and gather three to five truthful examples from work, study, volunteering or other experience that show relevant actions and results.
   3. Paste the advert, your CV, your examples and the interview format into the prompt, replacing every bracketed slot and removing anything you do not know.
   4. Ask the chatbot to produce the preparation pack, then compare every proposed fact about your experience with your CV and examples and delete anything unsupported.
   5. Open the employer's official website and check any company-specific facts suggested by the chatbot, replacing generic motivation wording with one fact you have verified.
   6. Start the mock interview and answer each question aloud without reading a script, then rewrite only the weak sections using your own words and practise them again.
