   5. Compare the chosen option against the live supplier page for dates, location, vehicle class, total price, mileage, fuel policy, deposit, excess, insurance, cancellation terms and collection requirements.
   6. Enter the booking details yourself on the supplier's site, apply your employer's payment and receipt requirements, and stop before payment if any live detail differs from the chatbot's comparison.
