   How to actually do it

   1. Write down your target field, retraining timetable, available hours, location, travel limit, remote preference, minimum acceptable conditions and types of work you will not take.
   2. Open your current CV and course or training details, remove information you do not want to share, and paste the relevant facts into the prompt.
   3. Run the prompt in a chatbot, then ask it to separate verified vacancy links from suggested search terms if it has not provided source links.
   4. Open each vacancy link yourself and compare the employer, role title, hours, location, closing date and requirements with the original listing.
   5. Keep only roles whose hours fit around retraining, then ask the chatbot to tailor your CV and application answers using only facts you can defend.
   6. Check every claim in each draft against your CV and training records, edit the tone into your own words, and submit the applications yourself.
   7. Record the role, employer, link, closing date, application status and follow-up date in a simple tracking table, then update it after each response.
