   How to actually do it

   1. Open the NHS employer's job advert and person specification, then copy them into a document together with the employer's official information about the service and role.
   2. Gather three to five real examples from your work, volunteering, education or caring experience that show actions and outcomes relevant to the person specification.
   3. Paste the advert, person specification, employer information and your examples into the prompt, then ask the chatbot to identify the assessed competencies and likely questions.
   4. Answer the chatbot's requests for missing details using only events you can describe truthfully, and ask it to turn each example into a natural spoken answer using Situation, Task, Action and Result where appropriate.
   5. Use the mock interview instruction and answer each question aloud before reading the feedback, then rewrite any answer that contains a claim you cannot support.
   6. Compare every employer-specific statement in the preparation pack with the original advert or the employer's official website, removing anything you cannot confirm.
   7. Ask the chatbot for a final short list of questions to ask the panel, then practise your answers aloud without reading the generated wording.

   7. List sensible questions I could ask the panel.
   8. Flag every current NHS or employer-specific fact that I should check against the job advert or the employer's official website before the interview.
