   1. Open your current CV and write down each short stint, including the employer, job title, start month and end month.
   2. Gather the factual reason each role ended, what you learned or achieved, and any explanation you are comfortable giving an employer.
   3. Paste the prompt into a chatbot and replace every bracketed section with your own facts, including the target UK role and employer.
   4. Compare each drafted explanation with your CV and employment records, deleting any claim, date or reason that is inaccurate or that you could not defend in an interview.
